What we can contribute

  • A working mentoring model. Every child has a mentor with a defined caseload, a strengths profile, goal-setting tools and reports to parents three times a year. The model has been in place since 2023 and is documented, so it can be described, compared and adapted.
  • A teaching quality standard. Teachers join the timetable only after in-house training; lessons follow an 11-point standard; new teachers complete a two-month induction with supervision. We can share the standard and host observation visits.
  • Practice in responsible AI use. Our academic director designs and teaches AI-in-education programmes for teachers, universities and public servants. In school, pupils from Grade 5 test AI tools on real tasks and learn where AI helps and where it does not.
  • STEM and project-based learning. Data Science from Grade 2, science contests with national institutions, a project month that ends in a public Project Fest.
  • Continuity planning. Protocols for keeping a school running during air-raid alerts and power cuts, tested daily since 2022. Useful for any school facing disruption.
  • An experienced project team. Teachers who have completed three eTwinning projects with partners in eight countries, and a coordinator of project work with 25 years in schools.
